How access works after payment
Access is created automatically after Stripe confirms payment. Check the checkout email and Spam folder. If the message has not arrived within 10 minutes, contact support and include:
- the email address used for the Stripe payment;
- the approximate payment date and time;
- a short description and screenshot without confidential data.
Security: never send an Etsy password, card number, CVC, 2FA code, API key, or OAuth token.
